Kristina Ivkovic is a yoga teacher working with yoga, meditation, and simple daily practices for wellbeing.
She spent years working across countries in a fast-paced fashion career, navigating creative roles, tight deadlines, and constant pressure, which eventually led her into burnout and a deeper search for balance and wellbeing.
Yoga and meditation became her way of returning to herself, again and again, in small everyday moments. This shaped her view of wellbeing not as something to achieve, but something to practice, especially when life feels messy.
She now shares simple tools focused on breath, movement, and consistency over intensity. Her work is about practice, curiosity, and small steps done often.
She believes wellbeing is built in repetition, not perfection.
And she firmly believes that practice makes progress.
